Because we are required to design a full-set of detailed tiny house plans per Washington State Law, the prices are as follows:

+ Tiny House Construction Documents Starting at $3,500

+ Professional Engineer Construction Documents Starting at $3,700

Both services are required per Washington State Law for Tiny Homes with Wheels (on a Trailer Foundation) 

If you'd like to hire Tiny House Cribs to professionally design your tiny house on your residential property and assist you in obtaining a building permit, here is the following fee schedule:

+ Tiny House Construction Documents Starting at $3,000

+ Professional Engineer Construction Documents in areas where the Snow Load is greater than 70 PSF. Check with your local government to determine the Snow Load at your property (determined by elevation above sea level). 

+ If your property is not in an area that gets more than 70 PSF Snow Loads, you will not need to hire a Professional Engineer for structural calculations. 

Typical Small House Designs, Accessory Dwelling Units, Additions, Major Remodels, Garage Conversions Fee Schedules:

Starting at $1,500

Fee Schedule per room:

$500/per Room Classification 

$500 per building permit application and representation with local government application review process. 

$500 for collaborations with Professional Engineers, Septic Designers, Land Surveyors and other professionals  assisting in this development project

Room Classifications with Fees:

Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Living Rooms

Rooms Classifications without Fees:

Accessory Spaces, Garages, Laundry Rooms, Utility Rooms, Mud Rooms, Balconies, Rooftops, Mechanical Rooms, etc.
