A Tiny Home is commonly built behind a primary residential home. A Tiny Home can also be built in a factory and then transported to the property where it becomes 'Real Property.'
Homeowners add tiny homes to their properties as their housing needs change.
Families grow, parents retire and need a place to downsize, college kid move back to parents home with their boyfriend/girlfriend. Some property owners simply want an additional backyard house to rent and generate additional income.
Some buy land in rural areas, away from city limits and envision building or buying a Tiny Home as a primary residence. These people see more value in the rural land they own than the home itself. They still want the basic living ammenities of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.
